Reliability and a job well done are two of the things restaurant owner Lori Frank needs from her workforce. Her restaurant, the Sirloin House in Fairmont, serves hundreds of people on the weekends. When she was looking for reliable dishwashers during that time, she turned to MRCI.

   Mark Zelinko and Randy Lindgren, both MRCI-Fairmont clients, were thrilled to take the job. Each one works either Friday or Saturday, allowing the other a weekend night off.

    “It works great,” said Mark, who started working for the Sirloin House less than a year ago. “I like working out in the community and meeting new people.”
