Provided through Delta Dental

$25 deductible; $1,000 calendar maximum benefit; 100% coverage preventative services

 

Group Term Life Insurance

Term life insurance provided through Assurant Employee Benefits

Benefit equal to 1 times salary and includes accidental death & dismemberment

Premium paid by MRCI

 

Voluntary Term Life Insurance

Optional coverage available to employees, spouse and dependents

Policy available in increments of $10,000 up to $300,000 maximum benefit

 

Short Term Disability

Provided through Assurant Employee Benefits

Weekly benefit equals 60% of weekly pre-disability pay

Nine week benefit duration

Premium paid by MRCI

 

Long Term Disability

Provided through Assurant Employee Benefits

Monthly benefit up to 60% of pre-disability pay

$500 monthly benefit minimum premium paid by MRCI

 

Flexible Spending Account

Health care spending reimbursement account – ability to pre-tax medical expenses

Health care spending reimbursement account limited to vision and dental expenses for those participating in Empower HSA Insurance Plan

Dependent care reimbursement account – set aside money pre-tax for dependent care expenses

Annual maximum of $2500 for medical, $5,000 for dependent care

Direct deposit of reimbursement available
